After searching fruitlessly for amazing pork, I realized it was time to raise my own.

I’m Josh, IT guy by day and weekend pig farmer. I raise Ossabaw Island hogs. They are forest foraged through the woods on the local flora. I breed on the farm with my boar and sow, Connor and Wendy.
